Not that I get that much traffic, but this may help out the cause.

I was thinking that this idea was phenomenal, perhaps this is another course for war? Is it all really just about getting the "black gold"? Maybe the market is looking for beach front property without all of the troubles of having a large water mass right on the edge of your property.

Of course my own funding is a little lacking right now, but I have been speaking with a financial advisor and we are starting an investment club, sort of a time share in progress to start on a property in the soon to be allocated area near the Beirut racetrack, imagine the smell of methanol based fuel commingling with the fragrance of sun-melted tires wafting over the lawn in the late afternoon from your fully ventilated sitting room (formerly your neighbor's bedroom).

This is the real American dream, to own property.
